• Email your return request to sales@trailersuperstore.com with your order number and reason for return. Someone will reach out to you during hours of operation to handle the request.

Requirements For Return:

All trailer sales, cap sales, and truck accessory sales are final

• All Parts Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• Special order items are not able to be returned for any reason
• Trailer orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit
• Trailer hold deposits are transferable upon request and non-refundable
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs where applicable
• Must contact Trailer Superstore first to obtain an RA#
  • RA# must be placed on the return package to receive a refund
• Must have original packaging
• Product has not been used, installed, or disassembled
• Product is not damaged due to improper installation/handling
• Do not have missing parts, hardware, or instructions
